How do I add a new user to HubSpot?
Getting a new teammate into your system.
An admin on your team adds new users from HubSpot's users & permissions settings — you invite the person by email and assign their permission level, and they get an email to set up their login.
Two things to get right:
- Permissions. Give people the access their role needs and no more. If you're not sure what level fits, ask us — we set your system up and can recommend the right permissions.
- Seats. Some paid tools are seat-based, so certain kinds of access depend on available seats in your subscription.
