What does “the Diagnostic Ladder” mean?
Our method, in a nutshell.
The Diagnostic Ladder is our method for understanding your business before we build anything. Instead of quoting a system on day one, we climb four stages — from a wide-angle look at your whole operation, into how your processes really work, into the system you actually need, and finally into the technical detail of your data and architecture.
The idea behind it is simple: a system built on a real diagnosis gets adopted, while one built on guesses gets abandoned. Each stage stands on its own, and you don't have to climb every rung — most companies start with the free Growth Systems Review and go from there.
