Stage 1: The Growth Systems Review
Our free front door: a wide-angle read on where your revenue operation leaks.
The Growth Systems Review is where almost everyone starts, and it's free. Think of it as a wide-angle photograph of your entire revenue operation, marketing, sales, and service, taken from far enough back that the patterns become obvious.
The goal isn't to fix anything yet. It's to find where your operation leaks, stalls, or double-handles work, and to give you an honest read on what's actually holding growth back. Sometimes that's a broken handoff between teams. Sometimes it's data no one trusts. Sometimes it's three tools doing one job badly. You can't fix what you can't see, and this stage is about seeing it clearly.
What we look atWe take a structured pass across the whole growth engine:
- Flow. How a lead becomes a customer becomes a renewal, and where that flow snags.
- Handoffs. The moments work passes between people or teams, which is where most operations quietly break.
- Tools. What you own, what you actually use, and where systems overlap or don't talk to each other.
- Data. Whether the numbers you report on can be trusted, and whether your team believes them.
- Visibility. What leadership can and can't see about the operation in real time.
You walk away with a clear-eyed summary of where your operation stands and which problems are worth solving first. Just as important, you learn which rung of the Diagnostic Ladder you actually need next, so you're never paying us to investigate something you could have skipped.
Why we give it awayTwo reasons. First, we won't quote a build for a business we don't understand, and this is the fastest honest way to understand yours. Second, we're confident that once you see how we think, plain-spoken, specific, and focused on the system rather than the software, you'll want us for the harder stages too. If you don't, you've still gotten a genuinely useful read at no cost. That's a trade we're happy to make.
What it is notThe Growth Systems Review is a diagnosis, not a build and not a detailed process map. It won't hand you configured workflows or a finished data model, those come later, on higher rungs. What it gives you is direction: a confident answer to "where do we even start?"
