Welcome to BrightReach: What to Expect

You've signed on. Here's the shape of what happens next.

Welcome aboard. You've decided to build something real, and we're glad to be the ones building it with you. This article gives you the shape of what's ahead so nothing feels like a surprise.

The rhythm of an engagement

Every engagement is different, but the arc is consistent: we understand, we design, we build, and we hand it to your team in a way they'll actually use. If you came in through the Diagnostic Ladder, a lot of the understanding is already done, and we move faster because of it.

What the first few weeks look like

  • Kickoff. We align on goals, scope, timeline, and who owns what. You'll meet the people doing the work.
  • Setup & access. We get the practical plumbing in place, access to HubSpot, connected email and domains, and the data we need to work with. There are separate articles walking you through each of these.
  • The work. We build in a steady rhythm with regular check-ins, so you always know where things stand and nothing is a black box.
  • Handoff. When it's done, it's genuinely yours, documented, explained, and owned by your team, not dependent on us forever.

What we'll ask of you

A good build is a two-way effort. We'll need timely answers to questions, access to the right systems and people, and a decision-maker who can make calls when we hit a fork in the road. The clearer and faster those come, the faster and better the build. There's a dedicated article, "What We Need From You (and When)," that lays this out in detail.

How to reach us

You'll have a clear way to request work, ask questions, and raise issues, we cover that in "How to Request Work or Raise an Issue," and we set expectations for response times up front so you're never left wondering. Our goal is simple: keep you informed, keep the work moving, and hand you a system you're proud to run. Let's get to it.
