We keep communication simple and predictable. You'll always know how to reach us and roughly when to expect a reply.
How we communicate
- Day-to-day — through the channel we agree at kickoff (typically email or a shared workspace), so requests are tracked.
- Progress — at your regular check-in, plus flags in between whenever something needs your attention.
- Anything urgent — tell us it's urgent, and we'll treat it that way.
We work business hours in the US Eastern time zone. Specific response-time expectations are set with your team at kickoff and, where relevant, in your agreement — so they're a commitment, not a guess.
