The Data Readiness Checklist
Get your data ready before we touch it.
Whatever we build sits on top of your data. The cleaner it is going in, the better the system works coming out. You don't need it perfect — you need it gathered and honest.
Pull together
- Your current records. Wherever contacts, companies, and deals live today — CRM, spreadsheets, other tools.
- A list of your sources. Where does data come from? Forms, imports, integrations, manual entry.
- Known problems. Duplicates, dead records, fields nobody trusts, that one spreadsheet everyone secretly uses.
- Ownership. Who's responsible for data today, and who should be after we're done.
What we do with it
We assess what's viable, what needs cleanup, and what migrates — and we'll never bulk-change your data without agreeing the plan first. Messy is fine. Hidden is what causes problems.
