Do We Have to Climb Every Rung?
Bundled or one-at-a-time — your call.
Short answer: no. The Diagnostic Ladder is designed to work two ways, and the right one depends on how much certainty you already have.
One rung at a time
If you're cautious — or you want to prove value before committing — you can buy a single stage, see the deliverable, and decide whether to keep climbing. Each rung stands on its own and de-risks the next. This is how we slow-roll a big decision into a series of small, evidence-backed ones.
Bundled
If the situation is already clear, we'll usually propose the middle stages and the Build together as one engagement. It's faster and it reads as a single plan rather than a staircase you climb over months. This is our default for companies ready to move.
Either way, the diagnostic pays for itself
Diagnostic spend can be credited toward a Build. So whether you climb rung by rung or take the bundle, the work you do to scope the project reduces the cost of doing it.
