Granting HubSpot Access the Right Way

We need working access to your HubSpot portal to build in it. Here's how to grant it cleanly.

The standard path

• A HubSpot Super Admin on your side adds us as a user under Settings → Users & Teams.
• We'll tell you the exact permission set the work requires — we ask for what the job needs, not blanket access.
• For build and audit work, we typically need admin-level access to the relevant tools; we'll specify per engagement.

Good practice either way

Grant access to a named person, not a shared login. You keep full visibility into what we change, and you can adjust or remove access at any time. When the engagement wraps, you stay in complete control of your portal.
