How to Request Work or Raise an Issue
The right way to get something on our radar.
When you need something built, changed, or fixed, put it through the channel we agreed at kickoff so it gets tracked — not lost in a hallway conversation.
To make a request move fast, include:
- What you want — the outcome, in plain terms.
- Why — the problem behind it. This often changes the best solution.
- Urgency — is this blocking someone today, or a nice-to-have?
What happens next
We log it, confirm we've got it, and tell you whether it fits the current scope or needs a quick scope conversation (see How We Handle Scope & Change Requests). Small tweaks inside an active project usually just get done; bigger asks get scoped so there are no billing surprises.
