We meet on a regular cadence, the frequency depends on the pace and phase of your project, to review what's been done, what's next, and anything that needs a decision from you. These aren't status theater. They're working sessions where we surface questions, confirm direction, and keep momentum. The cadence is set at kickoff so it's predictable from day one.

Clear updates between meetings

Between check-ins, you'll always know where things stand. We keep communication specific and timely, progress, blockers, and what we need from you, so you're never left guessing and never surprised. If something changes, you hear about it from us before it becomes a problem.

Decisions don't wait in a queue

When we hit a fork that needs your input, we don't sit on it until the next scheduled meeting, we raise it clearly and promptly, with enough context for you to decide quickly. The faster those decisions come back, the faster the build moves, which is why we make them easy to answer.
