How We Train Your Team: The Adoption-First Approach
Training built around your real workflows, not a generic feature tour.
Most software training is a feature tour: here's this button, here's that menu, good luck. People sit through it, nod, and forget most of it by the next morning, because it was never connected to their actual job. Our approach is different. We train around your workflows, so what people learn maps directly onto what they do all day.
Train the workflow, not the software
Your team doesn't need to know every feature in HubSpot, they need to know how to do their work in the system you now have. So we frame training around real tasks: how you log a call, move a deal forward, hand off to service, pull the report you need. When training mirrors the actual job, it sticks, because people can use it the moment they walk out of the room.
Meet people where they are
A brand-new sales rep and a fifteen-year veteran need different things, and so do different roles. We tailor training to who's in the room and what they actually do, rather than running everyone through the same generic session. That respect for people's time and existing knowledge is part of why the training lands.
Build confidence, not just awareness
There's a difference between knowing a feature exists and feeling confident using it. Awareness fades; confidence sticks. We aim for the second, hands-on practice with the real system, doing the real tasks, so people leave genuinely able to work, not just aware that a capability exists somewhere.
Back it with reference materials
Even great training fades without support. That's why we pair it with job aids and reference materials people can reach for in the moment they're stuck (covered in "Playbooks, Job Aids & Ongoing Reference"). Training plus reference is what turns a one-time event into lasting capability.
Why we invest here
Because adoption is the real deliverable. The best-built system in the world delivers nothing if the team can't confidently use it. Training isn't the wrap-up at the end of the project, it's a core part of making the whole thing actually work, and we treat it that way.
