It's deliberately given away. It's the top of our funnel and the fastest way for both sides to find out whether there's real work to do.
Where it leads
The Review feeds into Stage 2 — the Process Assessment, where the paid work begins. But there's no obligation to climb. Plenty of companies take the free read and act on it themselves.
