Up to this point we've been working at the level of strategy and process. Here we get specific: the exact data model, the schema, the objects and fields, how systems connect, where data lives and how it moves. This is the least glamorous stage and often the most important, because this is where builds quietly succeed or fail.
What the audit covers- Data. What data you have, what shape it's in, what's missing, and what has to be cleaned or migrated before anything is built on top of it.
- Schema. The objects, properties, and relationships your system needs to represent how your business actually works.
- Architecture. How your systems connect, where the integrations sit, and where the risks and dependencies are.
- Design. How all of it comes together into something a team can actually use and maintain.
The right depth depends on how complex your environment is:

- Comprehensive handles multi-system complexity, where several connected systems, integrations, and data sources all have to be accounted for together.
We don't quote a build until this audit is done, and that's on purpose.
