Common dependencies
- Access — to HubSpot and any connected tools, early.
- Decisions — when a build reaches a fork, we need your call to keep moving.
- Knowledge — time with the people who actually run the process.
- Review & sign-off — timely feedback on what we've built so we can move to the next phase.
How we make it easy
We'll always tell you what we need, why, and by when — and we flag anything on the critical path early. If something's going to slip, tell us; we'll re-sequence around it rather than let the whole project stall.
