Your First 30 Days

What the opening month looks like.

The first month is about getting aligned and getting moving. Exact timing flexes with your project, but the arc is consistent.

Roughly how it goes

  • Week 1 — Kickoff & access. We align on goals, confirm scope, and get the access and inputs we need to start.
  • Week 2 — Discovery & documentation. We learn how your work actually happens and capture it.
  • Weeks 3–4 — Build begins. We start configuring against the plan, checking in as we go.

Your specific milestones and dates live in your statement of work (SOW). If anything is blocked waiting on something from your side, we'll flag it early — the fastest projects are the ones where inputs arrive on time.
